One of my favorite paintings was created using pink, pewter, gold and dioxazine purple, layered over a white basecoat.  The design was blown out using the Dutch pour method.  A gold border was hand painted.  This 12x24 painting has been satin varnished, installed in a gold floating frame and is ready to hang.
